Hi Everyone :-)
With the demise (closure or suspension) of a number of
high profile sites in the last week or so by the FBI in
the USA and similar organisations in other countries I
feel it is important to give what I feel are a number of
valid questions / guidelines you should use when deciding
if you should join and especially pay for a program:
1) How long has the site / company been in place? Can they
prove it?
2) Do they have an open forum where critiscism and praise are
both allowed?
3) Do they promise ridiculous returns for small investments
or do they suggest work in equals value out?
4) Do they promise ridiculous returns in a short time or
recognise that long term efforts are needed for long term
benefits?
5) Do they use the words 'easy' or 'quick' often or at
all - do they suggest that you need to be 'in at the beginning'
to get the best return?
6) Do they provide full contact details, bankers, accountants,
real as well as postal address and phone numbers that get
answered?
7) Can they provide REAL details of ANYONE that has actually
made money / been successful that you can contact?
8) Is the owner responsive, available for comment, a real
person or just a corporate front?
9) Do they provide real stats on numbers of people that have
achieved different goals, whether monetary or other?
10) Does the company have sufficient assets to cover all
possible payouts at any given time?
11) Do they accept PayPal? If they do not accept Paypal is
it because they cannot conform due to MLM / Pyramid / Ponzi rules?
12) If they make claims of large turnover and accept Paypal
do they have a dedicated Paypal support person? (Only genuine,
investigated, low fraud / chargeback companies have this facility).
13) Are they willing to and has their site / company been checked
over by a government internet fraud prevention agency at any time
and passed scrutiny - or have they only been 'checked out' by other
internet marketers with vested interests?
14) Are commissions / payments only available through off-shore
non extraditing countries (e.g. Netpay / Evocash / E-gold) or
through any recognised standard banking / paypal system?
15) Are payments accepted through any recognised banking system
or only through off-shore style accounts?
16) Would you be happy recommending the program to your friends
and relatives or would you be embarassed to do so because you
are not really comfortable with it?
17) Would you REALLY pay the money to be a member of the
program even if you stood to gain zero dollars recommending it
to others? In other words - do the products you get really equal
or exceed the cost?
18) Does the program guarantee in writing and in actions the
privacy of your details? Even from other members of the program?
19) Does the company have sufficient server / bandwidth
capability to copy with any expansion? Or is it on some virtual
server plan that will collapse if it is successful? Are there
plans in place for success?
20) Do they have a 100% refund policy - and has anyone that
requested a refund ever been refunded? How timely is the refund?
How difficult is it to get one? At the end of the day - if you
are simply dissatisfied with the product can you get your money
back without argument or litigation?
